PropertyGuru and 99.co block bots, so Nestbase can't read their pages from our server. The clipper runs in your browser — where you're already viewing the listing — reads the facts, and opens Nestbase with the fair-value verdict.

  1. Show your bookmarks bar if it's hidden — ⌘⇧B (Mac) / Ctrl⇧B (Windows) in Chrome.
  2. Drag the “Clip to Nestbase” button up onto the bookmarks bar.
  3. Open any listing on PropertyGuru, 99.co or EdgeProp.
  4. Click the bookmark. Nestbase opens in a new tab with the verdict, pre-filled.
What it sends: only the page you're on, to extract the price, size, address and type. Nestbase keeps the facts you choose to research — not the listing's photos or description. It's your browser reading a page you're already viewing.
